Fereshteh Complex, as the first multi-purpose mega project in the east of the country, offers the audience a lasting building on a large scale in one of the best locations in the metropolis of Mashhad.
This complex includes three areas with commercial, office, and residential uses.
General introduction to the project
- Arena area: 15,260 square meters
- The area is approximately 170,000 square meters, divided into the following uses:
- Commercial area of approximately 71,000 square meters, including commercial units, entertainment (amusement park, food court, etc.) and office tower offices.
- Residential area of approximately 33,000 square meters, including residential units in three towers
- Parking space of approximately 63,000 square meters on the ground floors on 6 levels
- The project land area is about 530 square meters and about 110 meters long, facing the commercial area on the edge of Haft Tir Boulevard.
- The project structure is a concrete skeleton with a special bending frame at a height of about 120 meters from the foundation, with 26 floors.
Fereshteh Complex is divided into two areas: residential and commercial-administrative, and is functionally and structurally separate, and the entrances to the three commercial, administrative, and residential sections are completely independent.

The creation of Fereshteh commercial-administrative and residential towers has been designed and implemented on this basis.
Angel of Creation among the Stars
Based on the story of the Angel brand and the adaptation of Mehra’s commercial use of the Angel of Mehr Yamitra, the visual symbol of the sun (Mehr is the light of the sun) has been used.
In addition to the brand’s story, the sun is a symbol of light, awareness, and the beginning of openness.
Based on the story of the Angel brand and the adaptation of Anna’s office application from the Angel Anahita, the visual symbol of the Tree of Life (a tree brought to life by the Angel Anahita, the goddess of water) is used.
In addition to the brand’s story, the tree is a symbol of the environment, dynamism, growth, and development.
Based on the story of the Angel brand and Atra’s residential adaptation of the Angel of Azar, the pictorial symbol of the mountain (the Alborz mountain range, where the Angel of Azar guides pedestrians across the Chinud Bridge) has been used.
In addition to the brand story, the mountain is a symbol of height, endurance, security, and consolidation.
